i'm only 5'6 150 (4 now) my goal is about 180 in a modest amount of time. i've never used cl products before but after hearing all the horror stories aboue sp250 with gas and craps i decided to take a different route since i have a sensetive stomach anyways my question is thia should i start out with low doses and work my way up or just go ahead with what the bottle say to take

You should be fine with the listed dosage BUT there's absolutely NOTHING wrong with tapering up the dosage just to be 100% sure !!
