Today's arm workout was great!! No pain in the joints, so I went with it and went Heavy!! I will be making another video here at the end of the week so you all can follow me through the gym and trash the place with me! Looking forward to an off day tomorrow! Gonna rest up and eat big!!

Another much needed rest day.. It's so hard sometimes sitting on the sideline when you want to get crazy with the weights.. Lately it has been all I've been thinking about... Today I trained Traps and Delts.. I have recently been in contact with a young lady that I know from previous competitions.. She has gone on to be quite successful in the NPC and had been motivating the hell out of me lately! Today was my birthday and she informed me of how she was able to break a few PR's on her birthday.. So you know that I had to bring it today.. And that's exactly what I did! Quads, Calves, Abs today... A new PR today... 405 on the shoulders, ass to the ground, north and south for 3! Best I've ever done! The last rep was a fight, but I won!! Quads are gonna kill tomorrow for sure... I also did a calf raise drop set from hell on the smith machine... Started with 5 wheels on each side, then went all the way down to 1 on each side... And of course finished off the party with some great hanging leg raises.. Great day all in all!sigpicDarren Conroy

Today has been a great rest day after three good hard days of training... I feel that it's always a bit harder on the body when recording workouts just due to the simple fact that timing is a little more of the essence. Hamstrings, Calves and abs today! You can bet your sweet ass that I got 405 on Dead Lifts for the first time EVER!! I'm telling you this Blue Stack is pushing me to great lengths and I'm loving every minute of it!! I feel stronger, bigger, leaner and almost unstoppable!! Training has been great lately.. I did a mean drop set on calves as well today and they are burning... Great day at the office!!sigpicDarren Conroy

Yes the Hammy's are very sore along with my calves! Today I trained Bi's and Tri's... No supersets today due to the fact that I went pretty heavy.. It's amazing how the body works.. I was about 5 to 10 lbs up on almost all my lifts.. Just goes to show how much the mind has control of the body.. I will be taking tomorrow off and looking forward to getting a good nights sleep.. A much needed day off from the gym... My arms ached for the first time in a long time... Today I added an extra meal and pounded the aminos... I have always thought of my triceps of being very weak and lately I have been trashing them.. Another great training session! Traps and Delts today.. I started strong and finished even stronger! Two wheels on each side, smith machine behind the head military press for 6 to 8... Lateral raises with 40's.. The best part of the day is having someone that I have always looked up to in the gym come up to me and tell me what an inspiration I am to him... Quads, calves and abs... Got Yucky today!!! started things off with heavy squats.. Got all the way up to 385, wanted 8 but only got 6.. My answer to that was to stack on 405 and knock out 3 deep painful squats.. Punishment for not finishing my previous set strong.. I know I will feel it tomorrow for sure.. Got some good, deep hacksquats in as well.. Dropsets on calves and a ton of leg raises all adds up to another great workout!sigpicDarren Conroy
