After today's workout, EVERYTHING hurts! I have a much needed day of rest ahead of me tomorrow.. Only hit calves and abs with a little time on the bike to loosen my quads up a bit... There is a large chunk of meat out there with my name on it tonight! Gotta love a good steak every now and then!

Back to the gym after two much needed days off and I started things off with dead lifts.. Absolutely smashed my hamstrings and didn't really let up much on my calves.. All in all I would chalk up today in the W column! I know I'm gonna be sore tomorrow for sure!sigpicDarren Conroy

Traps / Delts today and boy does it feel good to go heavy again! I have been taking the Blue Gene and it is pretty much eliminating my elbow pain. I went heavy on dumbbell press as well as upright rows.. Felt good! Taking tomorrow off and then back Fri, Sat and Sun.. Yeah buddy!sigpicDarren Conroy

Lately they have been HEAVY! Sets consisting of 10, 8, 6, 6.. Quads have been Squats, Hack Squat, Heavy Lunges and alternate Leg Extension.. Hammy's have been Dead Lifts, followed by Alternate Leg Curls, Lay Down Leg Curls, and seated Leg Curls.. Calves, Seated Raise, Standing Raise, Leg Press 45 degree raise and then finishing with alternate Seated Raise.. It's been rigorous, but fulfilling!sigpicDarren Conroy
