  • SHOULDA'S TODAEY!!! damn it felt so good. ommgggg changed my shitt up and i feel so great. full form on everything from full extension lowered to the top of my shoulder blade. 2-1-2 tempo on everything.. feeling GREAT..

      • legs yesterday.. holy shit i'm feeling... like i'm gonna topple.. i changed up again yesterday.. muscle feels different.. doesn't hurt like usual but i'm getting used to it i believe.

                    • well.. it's getting better and better for me. i'm lifting by myself now.. i figured that if you want to gain the most strength and size with a proportionate push on any presses... you need to push the weight yourself.. so.. i'm without a partner from now and feeling fucking great!!!

                      • legs last night.. i felt more fuggin PUMPED for some reason... i don't know why.. but it was the greatest feeling i've had for legs... by myself.

                        • whoa forgot to update... i did shoulders yesterday again.. i had more reps with increased strength.. i knew working out without partners would let yourself gain more strength... damn it.
