      • hm.. i think i must of pulled my shoulder or something, there's a sharp pain in my rear delt. meh.. probably from my backwork out or something.. sigh.. dumbass me. anyway, shoulder's was alright i guess. just a lil pain here and there. still going for the full range of motion from full extension to stretch.

        rear delt raises (er.. this one is where i use lighter weight and hold the weights out.. where the bar is perpendicular to the ground): 3x10x25

          my squat is increasing again.. i'm loving it.. full reps with 2-1-2 tempo still.. i think i'm getting stronger.. i need to post some pics soon... i've been saying that i would for the past month or so.. but still haven't gotten around to it.. my USB ports are still broken.. think i'mma use my dad's laptop.

                  • my split changed so.. technically.. i have no rest days.. but what's weird is that.. i'm getting stronger? funny.. my workouts are basically everyday now.. kinda stupid but.. it's weird..

                        • alright.. i was over training quite a bit.. so i took the day off friday.. and just cheated on my diet and THE WHOLE WORKS.. fettuccine with chicken and shrimp.. Bacon, chicken pizza... ICE CREAM... HOLY SHIT I AM THE KING... anyway.. i did some AWESOME shoulders today.. cause it felt like i was about to POP.. felt so good it was like cumming.. (like arnold in pumping iron)

                          • man.. had my wisdoms pulled yesterday.. so i'mma lift today.. some back.. haha. gonna pump this shit up! i did chest on monday.. actually moved up to the 50lb incline flies.. and i'm currently cycling off WB/GB/PW/GM/aminos/ALCAR/caffeine.. only protein and vitamins for 2 weeks.. meh.. we'll see what happens.
