          ~First 4 exercises are basically a warmup for 5-10. There are 2 different Leg Press Machines that are at different angles.

          BIG thanks to Laurie for hooking me up with some unilateral leg training exercises. LOVED them, will be mixing different ones in my workouts. It was very clear that my stabilizers aren't what I thought they were! lol Need to mess with the weights/reps/sets a little, first time using them so trying to figure it all out mixed with my other exercises. Plus, doing a spin class afterwards might not have been one of my smarter decisions of the nite. lol

          As a side note, I have lost 4lbs since last Wed. Getting a little concerned about that... I wanted to drop a little BF%, but not scale weight necessarily. Guessing this has to do with me starting back up on the LiveLong products. Might need to re-evaluate dosages.

            ** Trying to detox off stims, very hard for me. lol I'm extremely happy with my workouts. I truly feel like I'm getting something accomplished every workout. I feel like I'm "tightening up" everywhere. Noticing more definition, harder, fuller, etc. A month in on the BG and it's just taken me to that next level of training. I initially intended to use it on a 2 month cycle, then off... but I can't imagine going without now. Simply awesome stuff!

                This was a much much better workout than Friday. I might have just needed the rest. Cycling off stims is still a bit hard, but I think it's getting better. But I came in focused and ready to go.

                BG (2nd bottle) - Muscles... harder, fuller, more definition. It increases my focus even more (esp with WF/GM). I do feel a tiny bit more joint support (in combo with OT). I feel a MUCH greater burn during my workouts, like I can hold a contraction much longer and tighter. Overall it just makes me wanna go tear up the gym!

                GB (1st bottle) - I don't think I have been on this long enough to truly say if I can tell a difference between this and GM. But I have maintained my strength/focus/enduranc. Will report more after a week or 2.

                GGs (3rd/4th tub) - Great addition to my supps. I like that I can have 2 scoops to replace a meal (and get all the essential nutrition) or 1 scoop to tide me over til the next meal. Getting organic fruits and veggies in every meal is $$ and not always easy. GGs ensures I get my daily servings, this is perfect. I travel a lot for my job and this is something I can take with me so that I know I'm going to be eating right.

                OT (3rd/4th bottle) - I find the joint support especially beneficial this time of year. I've had multiple shoulder surgeries and now that it's cold/snowy would be when I would have the typical aches and pains. Even with the weather and the hard workouts, my shoulder feels great. I love the digestive support as well, it helps me be more "regular" lol.

                REDuction PM (been using it for over 6mo) - I had been off this for 1 week (ran out and had to wait to order). You know they say you don't know what ya got til it's gone. I had forgotten how much this was helping me STAY asleep. Been back on this for a few days and I'm back to sleeping through the nite and waking up feeling fully rested.

                  great log, slash/jc!! interested to see how the GB works out for you!! i also got in on that wheycheap deal, but have yet to run a bottle. i'm actually thinking of running a gb/gm combo. not both on the same day, but gm on lifting days and gb on non-lifting days. idk, though. i've got a tub of green mag, that i haven't used yet, and thats my reason for considering using both. only bad thing is, i won't be able to determine if gb is effective for me. honestly, for some reason, my body doesn't seem to react all that well to supps. it's like its saying "listen here, buddy. i've been dormant for a very long time, and i aint movin' an inch!!! you som-bich!!". lol

                  oh, one more thing. you don't have to cycle reduction pm? i'm about half way through my first bottle.

                    Me too! I have heard some people had better results with GB, so we'll see. Def. thought it was worth trying with the WheyCheap deal. GB/GM combo... hmmm very interesting idea. I agree it would be hard to compare GB/GM if you are running them at the same time. I bought more than one bottle... Maybe I will run a month of GB so that I can compare it to GM. Then maybe do a month of GB/GM combo.

                    Umm... I haven't cycled Reduction PM since I started it... lol Good question. Maybe a rep will let us know...

                      Really enjoy the unilateral training, but only had time to set up for 1 today... more Thurs. Next time I do the Bulgarian Split Squats, I will try a DB in each hand so that I can increase the weight. It's just hard for me to hold more than a 25 DB in that position, but my legs could handle more.

                      Still not noticing much difference between using GM and GB. But I'm sure that will take a few weeks. Workouts felt really strong today.

                        sorry, if you already posted this, but did you cycle off creatine for awhile, before starting GB?

                            Wasn't able to get much done. The weather got bad and I had to leave early. I was really driven and focused, so it was a shame.


                            BG (2nd bottle) - Without stims, it's really great to have BG. The last time I cycled off stims (when I wasn't on BG), I didn't have the intensity and pumps that I have now. Now that the withdrawls are wearing off, I feel as good as I possibly could w/o WF. AWESOME!

                            GB (1st bottle) - Still not feeling any difference between GM and GB, but it's been less than a week since I started it. May just come down to powder vs pills. Or I just need to take it with WF... lol. Hard to distinguish at this point.

                            GGs (3rd/4th tub) - Profile = 10/10 (hydro whey, carbs, organic fruits/veggies WOW. Taste = 10/10. Mixability= 9/10 - simply bc the carbs settle a little bit, but does not bother me whatsoever). Price = 9/10 - By initial impression it looks $$, but really if you break down the price to $2.33/serving.. can't beat that for the quality. Can't wait to dip into Anaconda's cookbook... muffins first on the list.

                            OT (3rd/4th bottle) - My joints/shoulder <3 this stuff.

                            REDuction PM (been using it for over 6mo) - Still sleeping a solid 8hrs a night and STAYING asleep without waking up 500 times. Works great with melatonin.
