              Kane, I understand what youre saying and yeah, it's like Arnold vs. Franco. However, for definition, vascularity and clean lines, you're down pat. John is just a massive mofo but got great symmetry too. Both amazing physiques that we here aspire to. Excellent work. Oh, and which Oly lifts do you do?

                              WAS taking 1 scoop of white flood mixed with 2 scoops of wraath pre-workout.
                              Recovery between workouts have been great even with slightly below maintenance caloric intake.
