Thanks. Though I'm currently 'bulking', as in the pic.

I wish I could remember. I know I had to go light(er) on some of the oly lifts for awhile because of it.

Has it caused you problems at the wrist, elbow, or bicep area? I ask becase I read an article today on old school Arnold lifting techniques and he said if you supinate your hand more during a bicep curl, it'll begin to develop a peak on the bicep. Hmm....regardless, I hope it improves. Never know, this new Orange Tang, I mean Triad could assist that pain/discomfort?

Its only been less than 2 weeks since I've been any of the CL products and the WHITE FLOOD only a few days. I wanted to hold my judgement for abit longer but I think I've become addicted to beta alanine. I feel like Spiderman with spider senses tingling. My favourite thus far have to be the GLYCERGROW. The vascularity and pump I get is unbelievable (for me). Possibly because I usually don't get that much of a pump because of relatively low carb intake. GREEN MAG I might mix with PURPLE WRAATH or drink it post workout.

Timber, what type of programs do you follow for bulking and cutting?
Do or do not. There is no try!

                      Workout or dietwise??
Workoutwise it remains pretty much the same with only abit more cardio and I no longer try to push heavier on heavy days. Reps and sets would stay pretty much the same.

Diet mostly. I will be starting a cut on 6/4 and looking to lose about 15 lbs of fat. Currently 256 with approx 20%bf. Finished a prev. 8 wk cut at end of April and dropped 15 lbs. Went from a tight fighting 36 waist to a comfortable 34.

It hasn't caused problems in the elbows. That tendonitis was already there for years now. I definitely want to try the Orange Triad and hope it helps too.

During some bicep exercises I actually like to let my wrist bend back. I 'fee' I get a better contraction.

You and DDAWG will really put it to the ultimate test. My own chronic pain is nerve related so it won't solve mine.
