      Weight is steady at 180lbs and r. arm is between 17 3/4" and 17 7/8" cold.
      Trying to get it over 18" cold.
      Hope to be able to hold 185lbs in the coming month.

                              This morning before my volume lower body I just tried white flood. While the taste was... abit difficult to swallow....wow. Before I even finished drinking it I was already tingling. Felt like the first time I ever saw porn.
