Notes:
Pretty short workout, had to go to school, everything was ok, except I didn't have a spotter for inclines so decided not to get pinned again.... dips and chins..... these are so hard. I can do about 1 dip, and 2 chins right now. So nothing exciting, but it was still a hard workout.
