    • thanks raj, yeah I'm trying to cut down my gym time with less rests and some supersetting. 2 hour workouts were getting unproductive and wasteful. I also have had less distractions at the gym which also helps! Now I am getting a better workout, and have more time to sleep too

          So I had some decent sleep of 10+ hours last night!!! Feeling awesome! I think today will be a bit of a rest day, maybe throw in some stretching, and get ready for a kickarse workout tomorrow.

          Oh and my skin is feeling oh-so-soft today too!

          • "oh-so-soft" haha, that's great. moisturization! at least it's nice and cool down there in austrailia. we've been having some awful temperatures here in hawaii for the past week.. NO breeze, period. as well as having humidity at 100% like always. you're so lucky.

                    Really good workout. Everything was nice and hard! Had a spotter for benching, but not for the squats. Definitely below parallel, but not quite a2g - thats ok, next week!!! I'm always scared of being stuck down the bottom!

                          • B/b curls 44 (+5lbs) - I can curl the bar now
                          • decline abs 22 (+11lbs)
                          • Leg press 242 (+ 44lbs!!)

                          Holy shizzzle I don't know what came over me today!!
                          Got a nice comment from a random guy when I was doing deadlifts, so I was like what the heck, lets add some more weight. It was fine.
                          Leg press.. easyyy peasy! I did more reps that I should have, but my hip felt a little sore after, so stayed at the same weight..

                          Then I asked the cute cute cute trainer to spot me for inclines since I was upping the weight a bit. Did like a million sets then he was like, lets test your max, I'm like OK. Then he threw on another few kilos, and I got about 1 rep out at 88lbs.

                          Managed to curl the bar today - it was EASYYYY! Chinups are improving, I can do about 3 consecutive ones now on my own!! Ok so yeah, pretty good workout overall - I don't think I need juice!!

                              So um, hmmm today... feeling ultra-lethargic, ultra-moody, had ultra-cravings, yes it was tom, and yes I had doms... so that spells TOMDOMS... and diet fell out the window, sore all over and been napping all day. Thats about it.
