    Notes:

    Good workout today, managed to get in a few more chins, they are looking cleaner and less "swingy" ; D/b rows also went up, but once again the 5lb fincrease was a bit too much, so drop-setted back down to complete the rest of the reps, next time I'll try to get the whole set in.
    Been stuck at the same weight for biceps for-ever, finally managed to get in a few more reps today, but other than that, arms were pretty worked!

    Deadlifts were hard!! I can't imagine how the rest of you can lift 100x more than that. *mortified look* Well, Emma will be helping me on this shortly so its all

    Tried Purple Wraath today, and felt heaps of energy as well as a bit more sweating than usual .. even after the workout, which didn't take that long today, I felt like I could keep going, so went for a jog until the gym closed and I got kicked out

    Well, I tried to recover from the previous night.. got home pretty late/early in the morning, and slept for most of the day, I'm feeling pretty tired, and those fun fun parties aren't cool the next day. But nope, no alcohol was drunk. That's one good thing!

        Bruising, its still there, but I've been applying a lot of bruise cream, and am being maybe overly anal with the weights to make sure they're not in contact with anything (well as much as possible); but there are still a few here and there

        • Awesome that ypur gettign help with DL, its one i still struggle on occasionally after like 8 months of doing it. Great progress on chins and curls, gonna have a fine set of guns soon

          • a lot of women bruise easily. their skin is just too delicate.. especially asian girls apparently. my friend that works at 24 hour brusies a lot as well.. she works out and she does a bunch of cardio and starts noticing little spots of bruises about 1x1 - 2x2 patches around her legs and arms.. quite weird.

              Good workout! Form for squats and deads have been approved! I will be adding in a variety of squats now - I am liking atg front squats, - I will incorporate them in! A few killer squats that are too difficult to describe were thrown in as well. Holy goodness. They were hell! Thanks Emma!

              Had a good old chat afterwards and the plan has been tweaked a little, but it should be good!!!!

              Hey R, Jing! Yeah I'm being a lot more careful and quite heavy handed with the bruise cream lately, so they are fading, normally I bruise easily anyway.
              So my dead form is actually quite good. Now its just time to get the weight up there! Yeah!

                          So right now I'm kinda snowed under in schoolwork, work is being a biaatch, I'm tired. I'm trying to get in a bit more sleep as well, (more than the usual 6 or so) so hence lack of posting for a bit. Also, good looking guy at the gym was not there again today He was busy doing a wrestling shoot for a comedy show Channel 10 on Thursdays!!

                          All in all, uni sucks, I hate law. It's so difficult and its worse when I'm not prepared for it and haven't done the readings which are a gazillion pages for each class. Work sucks too. All I do is sit around, bum, fall asleep, answer a few phone calls, and post. Haha. Pointless job. The only good thing about it is that its a 5 min walk away. I think I might walk home for a nap during lunch today... cya
