Thanks yeah the numbers are really starting to come along.... the 110 dumbells are staring me in the eye if I can get a spotter next week I think I am going to attempt 110db incline press keep your fingers crossed
500lbs is a big number dude, you’re puttin the heat on.As far as my experiences are concerned, the gains aren’t stopping with Green MAG. You should go for it, man! (500lbs is SICK!)
500lb would be sick man I am shooting for it, I know for one thing I am not attempting anything heavier until my knee wraps come in from APT after squatiing 445 yesterday my knees are a little sore I have a bad left knee that I blew out back in highschool from soccer and don't need to take a risk of that happening again. 500lb squats here I come just saying that puts a smile on my face........................
I felt great on deads but new I wasn't going to break any PR's today as my body from yesterdays squats and chest workout is still recoverying. I did have some great pumps and can't wait for tomorrow when all I have is cardio.

Nice back workout, I hate doing deads after leg day!
It wasn't fun but hopefully with things getting a little less crazy at work I can get back to my normal schedule instead of trying to through in workouts each day to makeup for missed ones
Here is an update on my measurments. Overall I am very happy with the results nothing major but I am happy with the weight drop and and the lose around my waist. Despite losing weight my strength has gained. My squats started out at 405 and I have moved that up to 445 a 40 pound increase. My deads also started out at 405 and my last workout increased that number to 425. So overall I am feeling stronger while getting a little lighter, again the weight lose is an added benefit since I am trying to add mass.
Weight: 236 -4

Yeah crazy thing is I wasn't trying to drop any weight and I haven't change my diet at all or added any additional cardio. I am not going to complain now if I can get my damn arms to grow. For some reason my arms are always the last to see any growth.

Mine is legs, hopefully the new workout I'm trying will help.
