skipped doing actual cardio at the gym today ... instead, I put in a full day of work consisting of trimming back a tree in the yard, mowing the lawn, rebuilding a gate for the fence ... took a scoop of GMag mixed with one scoop of PW afterwardsjdouchebag for president

overslept this morning and didn't do my usual 5am workout ... took 1/2 scoop of GMag before I left for work thinking that this would be another rest day .... ended up leaving work early, got home, took Blue Up then the other 1/2 scoop of GMag mixed with PW ...

great workout this morning ... arms and abs are killing me as I type this .... supplementation consisted of 2 BU as soon as I woke up and taken with a full bottle of water, my pre-shake about 30 minutes later, then my GMag/PW mix taken with an Animal Pak, and PW/Xtend mix during workout .... topped it off with some bulk cee in my post-shake ... again I'll be taking WB before bed and dosing SesaGlow throughout the day with meals
