weighed in at 198.6lbs ... my diet is becoming a joke .... hoping next week isn't quite as busy at work and I can start piling on some more calories .... now that I think about it, I can't just add cardio to my regimen and not increase my calories ..... doh!!! .... lesson learned
had about 1.5 gallons of water today .... trying to get that back up to 2 gallons
GMag dosing was same as usual .... 1 heaping scoop mixed with 2 scoops of PW about 30 minutes before my workout

Off day .... took in some quality cheat meals and got a lot of needed rest ... back was still really sore from the workout the day before .... 1/2 scoop of GMag in the morning ...

Day 31
Recovery day .... kept my meals clean and just rested ... got a bit of a sweat on after doing some yard work when I got home from the office
Here are some progress pictures .... I don't think they accurately show my progress , but I can see a big difference between these pics and the pics from the intro to my log ... I'm a lot fuller and a lot harder .... all of my lifts are up from when I started ... and I mean way up ...

finally broke through the barrier ..... 201lbs
couldn't believe it when I stepped on the scales at the gym .... weighed myself 3 times just to make sure ... each one was the same .... just hope I can stay there with the cardio that I'm adding into my routine ... it's not much, but it's still cardio
felt really strong today ..... maybe it was a confidence boost that I was comin' in over 200lbs, but for some reason I was all about hitting the preacher curls ... went up a bit, but I think I can go up even more next week .... can't f@ckin' wait!!!

woke up before sunrise as usual and took a quick shower to wake up .... got dressed and went downstairs to fix my 4:00am pre-workout shake .... pulled out the oats, and noticed the time on the stove .... 12:45am .... dammit!!! ... my alarm went apeshit, and after only 4.5hrs of sleep I was ready to hit the gym .... so I went upstairs and crawled back into bed, only to sleep through my alarm a couple of hours later .... ended up having to hit the gym after work, which I hate, but it had to be done ..... supplement timing was off from normal because of all of this ..... in other news ....
weighed in at 201.6lbs .... still on the darkside .... w00t!!!!
