weight assisted dip/pull up machine rox my sox, i'm bringing down the resistance slowly.
The reason i went for a bulk is because I need to be able to see that i can make progress, everytime i set out for a goal it never happens because i didn't study up enough, i didn't listen to advice, i wasn't staying motivated...... those kind of things..... now I felt the best way was to do a bulk, push my body with heavy lifting and supply it with the fuel it needs,
Check my log, I am trying to eat clean, even my cheat days i end up having some cleaner foods. So far i have been fairly consistant and worked out my schedule to maintain gym days. I am still unsure about my workout program, but i will give it some more time.
By the way, the constructive criticism and the advice has helped me more than I can describe...... so thanks guys and keep it coming
