Looking for a new pair of shoes to wear at the gym, trying to find something in the $60-100 range, I need good linear and lateral movement support, light, durable, and comfortable...I am trying to stay away from running shoes because they do not give me the all around support I need when I train, oh and I hate the idea of wearing chucks at the gym, I know there great for lifting because of flat sole, but I am not gonna torture myself or be uncomfortable for a flat sole that is slightly better for deads/squats...thanks for any input

Ended up picking up a pair of Chucks for my friends wedding in May (all the dudes are wearing black high top chucks with the tuxes/suits) and used them for the first time today with leg day. What a difference over running shoes. Just feel like you have a much more solid base.
