I agree stairs suck...especially when you slip, and fall down them on your ass like I did last night. The sad thing was I haven't drank anything in 2 weeks so I can't even use the "I was drunk!" excuse. Instead I gotta be honest and say I'm a fucking klutz.
Stairs S-U-C-K! I go to my local college stadium and run the stairs there. There is like 47 small steps that require quick feet to hit every single one. Anyways, I stretch, then go do stairs then I get done and my quad hurts so bad i cant continue. But, I will go home and try to move it and its fine the next day. Im thinking that since its such short and quick movements that my quad loads with lactic acid. Is that it? I dont do my football workout anymore until like 3 weeks away from football. I just want to bulk up right now. Sorry for Hijacking this thread but since we are on the topic I thought I would get some answers.
