If i'm trying to lose body fat should i increase weight 2.5 lb every week ? or stay the same weight and lift 12 reps 3 set each + 20 min HIT. my work out is
monday : chest and back + 15 min HIT
Tue : arms and shoulder + 15 min HIT
Wed: abs + 30 min HIT
THUR : chest and back + 15 min HIT
Fri : arms and shoulder + 15 min HIT
Sat : abs + 30 min HIT
Sun : rest
Kane plz help me and my supp are gm b4 work out and Torrent post work out casine b4 sleep and whey between meal + muti vita i'm not losing alot of fat iono y ? should i drop my food intake even more ? i'm 5"11 174 lb
