Do you go to the safety on Leg Press?

Safety? Ours just has the pegs that holds the sled up (2 settings) and that's it, once you mover the bar to release the sled you go all the way down. Well you are suppose to anyways.

i am not sure how the saftey works on mine but i would have to put holes in my chest to go any further down
