Originally posted by ddawg91Ok, finally got some more updated videos for you all. The TBar Rows were feeling light up till I hit 725, even then it was not a heavy weight but more struggling with the leverage. My problem is that the weight in the front pulls me forward and I cannot stay in my stance well enough. Still I was pleased with the 3x725.

QUOTE=Spartan]Yeah, but the steroids/HGH shrunk his nuts and made the boy a soprano. He sounds more like the short black cop in Police Academy than anything else IMO. Damn D, you and me are about the same weight right now but you got sick size and strength over me. Great work!

I'll give you 50lbs if you give me 25% of your stength
My goal was to get over 200 but leaner then what I am now, we'll see. Took me a lot of years, pain, blood, sweat, studying, and trial and error to get here and I still have a long way to go!

Here is 130Lb Incline press for 7. It gets a little shakey at the end as my chest was still fried from heavy chest day. Did this for the Palo Alto contest.
