    Hey, i am a big lakers fan and was on youtube watching a video of kobe, a assume video and it shows him doing squats and i think it might be fake. He has like 4 plates and some chains.

          I highly doubt it. He's not a big guy and he was coming up pretty fast from a 405+chains squat IMO.

              Now that i think about it, i am sure it is possible considering he benchs in the 400's. IT just seems like alot.

                He's tall, but pretty skinny. 6'6" I think and barely over 200lbs.

                  beginning of last season he weighed in at 235. Its pretty decent size considering his position and how fast he is.

                      Im not sure if its a 4 or a 3, Ive done 4plate deadlifts and it doesnt look far enough off the bar for 4plates
