so zimmer holding is up 10 dollars per share from 56 to 66 since I reccomended it

two more picks, but they could go up 500% or down to 0 in the next year or so, are: revlon and gateway, both severly beaten down. I dont own these two yet, but am thinking of picking them up.

Some basic rules I go by:

- NEVER invest money into a stock that you can't afford to lose.

- Do as much DD (Due Diligance) on a stock prior to investing.

Your safer bet would be to play bigger stocks ($5 and up per share). The two Tank named (Revlon, Gateway) might not be a bad call. Again do your own DD, and invest on your judgement. Investopedia.com is a good place for some basic info.

okay.. say someone has a few grand to invest but has no fucking idea what to do...

Another good call Up over 12% today on news of Harbinger buying a 10% stake. This will be a good place to park some money. I'm all tied up in other stocks right now, otherwise I'd throw into this.

very true. I think revlon might get bought out at these prices but I dont have any "free" cash left to invest in it at this point.
