    Sup everyone

    Jonny B is what they call me at EWU, or Lcpl. Dunlap out here, or Jonisocool on bb.com, or DoYourThang1 nickname from highschool sports.

    Taste em all, dabble it, see what you like.

    Currently deployed, just another tall guy tryin'a doing his thang. Hittin the gym, and woweating soo much food.

    I've been converted to a full on Controlled Labs user @_@, just got one can of Animal Pak left, so just gunna take OT, and use the Pak with PWO meals.

    Doing progress pics on the 1st, so I'll post my excess body composition pic than.

        those are weird kick boxing things .... they work?!

        Someday, I want to purchase heavy & speed bags.. seems like a fun indoor cardio-esque workout

                Our chain of command likes to mess with us even on deployment, and even when we have a mission.

                            Sprinting (yes, weighted) with client today... good session... averaged 6 sec improvement each interval
                            (right after my dinner so I just timed today = WIN )
