I would guess mono. When I had it 2 summers ago, it was so bad that my spleen and my liver could be felt by pressing on my stomach, it ruined my summer and my short lived powerlifting career.

Anytime your liver is under stress you shuld halt all supps and pain killers until you can stabilize. You would be surprised how bad a simle think like advil can tax the liver.

Well sometime this week i should be getting an "official" Ultrasound done on my liver and spleen.

The tests results came in and showed that the Creatitnine levels are just fine.

I've been off of teh stack for two weeks , my strength level has dropped a tad in squats, and i have kind of plateaued but i havent lost any weight ive actually gained a pound!

Ill give it another two weeks before i "may" start up the stack again.

As well are there any special things i should ask my doc about to make sure its not the supps?

well i went to see the doc and my liver and spleen have gone down in size a bit.
In 2 weeks i am going for a bone marrow test (yikes!) and we'll see what that brings up ... thne if there is still nothing the doc said we should consider getting the spleen removed.

Im not too keen for the last choice ... if theres nothing bothering me then we wont touch it.

As well my hypo thyroid has gone down quite a bit.

I have taken 2 weeks off from training to relax and recover. Tomorrow is the start of my new routine. I wil begin taking ZMA to aid in recovery and fish oil capsules (Biotest Flameout) for inflammation.

Sorry i havent been posting very much because there hasnt really been much to report.

im still trying to figure out if it has been the Green Bulge that has done this ... theres a store by my house that is selling Green Bulge for 24.99 CDN. So i may pick up a bottle for the future while its at this low price.

O and i have kept preety much most of my gains i hit 200 lbs today at 6' which isnt too bad. Hit 250 on the bench and 235 on close grip. Squatting is still down i havent maxed yet. I will max DL and Sqaut after this current routine is complete.

This isnt happening because of the supps i dont think ... i unno what it may be.
