"I play rugby, in my offseason. Im looking to start Bill Starrs 5x5. My main aims are strength with a bit of size. Up till now iv been using using max effort training for strength, but im slowing down and i think my body needs the 3 week break that Bills 5x5 gives you from max effort lifting. Iv been lifting for about a year now.
Is the 5x5 good for sport (rugby, more specifically).
