Not really. Actually beneficial to have different hand positioning as it can target the muscles differently. Still, the asshole could've lifted in the can for all I care. I just wanted him to get the fuck out of the way.

this guy at my campus gym, does W - bar preacher curls with excessive amounts of weight.. I think the other day he had 2 45's on each side. doesn't get afull ROM, and uses his friend that does it with him to help lift almost every rep. it's very disappointing to see. he's very small too, like frame wise, so i know there is no way hes benefiting from it. Stuff like that really pisses me off
