What the hell is wrong with people. I worked yesterday with somebody who was a typical resolutioner spending the day giving out little "fitness tips" then on break they were talking about their routine of twice a day six day a week upper body work and treadmill walking to help them get into shape faster while eating an entire banana cream pie.Dont ask for a light load, Ask for a strong back,and also some huge biceps while your asking.Comment
