just got back from the gym ... noticed there is this guy that's been in the gym at 5am with me everyday that I've been there .... also noticed he wears lifting straps .... ON EVERY EXERCISE AND SET ... not just max working sets like for DB Rows or deadlifts ... all of them

Reverse DB Flyes - lifting straps
BB Bench Press - lifting straps
I'm dying to shake this guy's hand and see how weak his grip is ...
