          • Well, currrently my workout goes:

            BB Upright Rows
            Seated Forward Lean Laterals
            Standing DB Presses
            DB Shrugs
            DB Rows
            BB Curls
            Concentration Curls
            Hammer Curls
            Reverse Wrist Curls
            Wrist Curls

              • So I know that, with BB Curls comming that late in the routine, they aren't going to be fresh, but I would like to break this 90x8 plateu.

                    DO you do any preacher curls? when do you hammer in workout, why so many wrist curls, wouldnt revers curls be good for the forearms, even reverse bench works forearms, then do bb wrists curls,

                        Yea, I mean you can start doing higher reps, then move on to more wieght, or do them first one week then shoulders, then shoulders then bis like u have,

                            You think that's a lot of wrist work, you should see my routines durring the peak of climbing season. I'm not a body builder, per se'. I'm a climber who uses body building as a training tool. I put on a little fat (a bulk) durring the winter, because it helps to have your energy high and the insulation on when climbing alpine. Then I drop the fat (a cut) to get down to my rock climbing weight for summer.

                            • BTW, my routine is an Odd week, Even week routine. I do preacher curls on the odd weeks.

                                I mean why do two different rist excereise in one workout, I think one is suffice IMO, I usually do reverse curls, or wirst curls with the bb on my legs and do as many as I can for 2-3 sets,
