That bike ride was brutal. There's this long hill I had to go up. Sure, going down was cool, but a 3 mile hill makes your butt sore.

It's hot today, like around 80 deg. For me, and where I am (Portland, OR) that's hot.

that's why I live here. I hate hot temps and my wife doesn't like the cold.

If it was up to me, we would live in Alaska.

Yesterday, when we were on the river, we snacked on fresh fruit. I must have eaten a dozen strawberries, 1/4 cantalope, and a whole bunch of water mellon.
