After working the oars for 2 1/2 hrs on the river I was thinking I would do my workout (shoulders, traps, & biceps) tommorow instead of tonight. Slated called me a wuss, and I couldn't let that slide, so I just finished my workout. I am currently in pain.

Just did a 2 hour bike ride. Legs are jello, back and forehead are sweaty, and I downed 2 liters of water doing it.
