My back is sore now, though, so ill be taking the nexr 2 days off from the GYM

Well, Im back on, by back is still sore, it hurts like a SOB when I get out of a chair.

Well, my back is still killling, i was debating wheter to cancel my party or not.

I chose not to. Im having Clams, Steaks, Scallops and Lobster. SO if you want to come over your all weclome. I will have enough food don't worry let me know In ADVANCE> As of now I got 500 clams, enough steak and lobster and scallops to food an army, or 8-10 BB's oK, Im off to get this going.
