All right boys and girl, Im getting ready to go lifting, After I down these pills, all 17 of them,
then drop the kids off at the pool, 
I will begin my long lonely 15 min commute to the gym. AS I visualize each excereise in my head, I get more pumped, so the time I enter the gym. I am ready to go. No dumbell is safe tonight.
