I'm done. Normally I would have busted out some calf work too, but I'm going climbing tommorow and I need the calves to be fresh.
Time for some protein. Thanks for the encouragement, because man...

I just heard about the absorbtion and all that. I take Size-on during my workout and and I wait about 20 mins or so then have my shake. I don't know, maybe Im wrong, wouldn't be the first time. I just rember someone saying something about the creatine and protein. Well if it has been working don't sweat it..If you have to cheat to win, why bothering playing..
