Just pondering on the irony of "Hola Bola". Think about it, the guy was a total loser. He trained on a bow flex, chased chickens for cardio, and neither Squats, Bench, nor Deads were part of his routine. Yet, for all his insignificance, he started a thread on BB.com that's nearing it's 75,000th post, and now that same thread has spilled over to another forum.
