I dont have to worry about meat in my teeth, I dont chew my food. I just open up and down the hatch.. No wasted movements here.

If the steak is cooked properly and one of a better grade, there will be no meat sticking as well..

the directions on my back say food, water and supplements, at least 6 times per day.

lol, Usually just spit it in the sink if I have to floss it out. Anything worked out with my tongue gets eaten though.



I got another question....Who, after finishing their protein shake, fills it 1/4 full with water and shakes it up and finishes it to get the leftover protein residue?
