My trainer was very persistant about me eating my Oats & Sweet Potatoes. After a few weeks of eating them "every single freaking day" I think I may have built up my tolerance a bit (now, they don't make me feel near as bad).

The Sweet Potatoes on the other hand....blaaahhhh, still no good.

BTW...Aside from buying steel cut oats online, what stores carry it.
I've looked around at several places and I can't seem to find it.
