i went to ocean city md beach this weekend for my girlfriends birthday. it was great, i moved to philly the weekend before, hadnt seen her for the week, it rained almost everyday and was shitty, but the weather at the beach was amazing !

now i get to start class =( i teach my first class ever at 1:40pm. lol woo

weight training for life.. it was okay, i just read thro campus paperwork and the course syllabus.. wends/frid i get to demonstrate exercises and it's straight lifting from there! lol
