    do you exercise aerobicly?

    anaerobics will cause rises in BP..as well as s ome of the supplements you have mentioned you 've used in the past.

    anything stimulant (caffeine, cocaine, etc) will also cause increases in BP

    (all for the average person -- some can take tons of caffeine and not notice much rise in BP over a prolonged state -- some but not many)

      sorry for the delay in reply, i dont really drink much coffee as im still young so i have all the energy i need :P and no i dont do cocaine

      as an update, ive had an ECG and blood test which all came out fine and ive had an ultra sound on my bladder and kidneys which also came back fine, ive got an appointment with the Dr again on Tuesday and in October im having an MRI on my kidney

        oh and i go running 2/3 times a week but i dont do anyother cardio work

          blood pressure tests can be un-accurate at times. If you are at all nervice, or breathing heavily, or even mad, your blood pressure will go up. if your muscles are not relaxed, it will go up too.
          Failure is only a word. I don't plan on giving it meaning
