I started lifting on May 15, 2006 and I'm 21. From 5/15/06 to 5/15/07 I went from 188 16%BF to 218 11%BF. I have nothing to compare this to and was wondering how it related to y'alls experiences. It seems that most people here know their shit and I wanted to know your opinions.
