microwave = radiation cooking = cancer????

i prefer a pan over nuking stuff anyday

ive been making omelletes lately. 2 whole eggs, organic ones, and 5 pumps of egg whites. throw in a ton of mushrooms, red/green/yellow peppers, normal black pepper, spinach, and jalepno cheese for the win. i make em big enough to serve 2 (my girlfriend eats like a baby, i eat like a king)

make sure you add water to roman noodles too before nukling.. it will make the entire dorm reek of horrible smell. my one roommate did that.. room smelled like burnt hair or something for a week or more.. you could literally smell it as soon as the front door to the dorm opened at the time of occurance... and we lived on the 4th floor the opposite side of the building! lol

If I got the time I always cook on a stove top so I can add species while the eggs cook. If I'm pressed for time though I use the mcrowave.
