wasnt a choice, but my bfast everyday is....
1 cup oats, 1 egg, 1 scoop whey, 2 tbsp flax seeds, 1/2 cup yogurt
probably the best meal EVER. sometimes ill go to sleep extra early so the morning comes quicker so i can eat.
