            • All That Remains
              Nevermore
              In Flames
              Lamb of God
              Soilwork
              Killswitch Engage
              Trivium

Lamb of God is hands down the best workout music out there for me. Basically pure rage and testosterone bottled into a sonic storm.

              • My gym plays "lite" music. Really gay crap at that. So we bring the mp3 and listen to:

                Eminem
                Rammstein
                Nelly
Ricky Martin (I know, but it's the World Cup song - pumped)
                Black Eyed Peas
                Bush
                Disturbed
                Jay Z + Linkin Park
                Chemical Brothers
                Crystal Method
                The Killers
                Run DMC
                Limp Bizkit

Gaara might know this one - M.O.V.E - Dogfight (really any of their songs makes you feel it!)

and many more....just can't think of everything off hand but hot damn does that get me going!

                  • I also like in flames, killswitch engage, rammstein and disturbed when lifting. Rammstein has perfect beats to go along with reps!

New Method man isn't too bad

Method Man - Is it me
Method Man - Got to have it

"Is it me" is pretty good, "Got to have it" gets on my nerves for some reason.

"Dirty Mef" is by far my fav off that cd.

Lately in the gym I've been listening to some old Wutang, Deltron 3030, Blackalicious, Aesop Rock, hed P.E., the new Method Man cd, and the Ghostface fishscale cd ("The Champ" gets you pumped up).

I've got a Creative Zen Micro 6gb that I carry everywhere with me in my backpack. Gonna give it to my lil bro and pick up one of those Creative Vision M's.
