      Much better then they were. I can hold a handstand without pain. The pull ups are still tough, I'll have to use a band for a while longer. Still can't do bench press or push ups, haven't tried a push press yet but I'm able to do shoulder presses with a 5# dumbbell . I'm trying really hard to not push it but it's hard.

      • Shoulders are def not ready for full on pull ups. They've been a little painful the last couple of days so I went in for rehab. Hopefully that fixes it. On a brighter note my back is maintaining so I should be able to go in less and less.

            Tried out some pull ups, cant use the blue band yet. I can feel it pulling on my shoulders so did it with the green. No shoulder pains at all today. So that is a really good thing!!

              24Kg Only did about 5-6 of them. Ending up having to coach. Oh well.

              Power Snatch + 2 Snatch (1 set)

              1 - 26kg (missed the 2nd Snatch)
              1 - 26kg (2nd Snatch was more power w/ohs )
              1 - 24kg (dropped weight back down since the others sucked)

              I felt really slow and sloppy on the Jerks. Still not dropping low enough. Had a couple where they were push outs. Blah!

                  • Ahh. Several coaches Ive talked to said that the mechanics of the clean style is more healthier than crossed arm and can also carry over to military press as well. Id like to look more into that theory.

                    • I do a lot of Cleans so for me it makes more sense to do in Clean hold. It's made my wrists stronger and my shoulders more flexible.

                            **Had planned on doing Snatch Balance but I still can't lower the bar without pain so I opted for Front Squats instead. Shoulders were bugging a bit last night. When I didn't catch the bar the correct way I could really feel it.
