      Today I used 95#'s for the first time ever on Elizabeth.

      Time: 11:56

      Last Liz: 85#'s/red band ring dips time: 12:44

      So yeah, I'm pretty frickin pleased with myself today.

            Got 4 full rounds plus 10 True push ups and 8 supine ring pull ups. Can I just say that those supine ring pull ups are super hard!!!

              Really enjoyed this one, it was painful but fun because I love power cleans.

              • On the minute:

                Perform 3 Power Snatches on the minute for 10 minutes.

                *Start the clock. At the top of every minute perform 3 Power Snatches.
                *Use a maximal weight. 80% of 1 RM
                *For every rep not completed, perform 5 burpees during rest time.

                My 80% is 75#'s but I think my 1 rm has gone up since we last did it. So I went with 85#'s on this one and never missed a single rep.

                        • Awesome job!!!

                          It always impresses me threefold when I read or hear about women that push themselves in training beyond cardio. I know it shouldn't necessarily be any more impressive than when men do it, but I guess it's a side effect of the fact that there are only maybe four or five women I ever see at my gym that do any substantial work with weights.
                          We'll see how this goes...
