      Three rounds for time of:
      60 seconds L-sit
      45 pound barbell Good mornings, 30 reps
      60 Abmat sit-ups
      25 pound plate Back Extensions, 30 reps

      For the L-sit, accumulate 60sec. For the Good mornings and Back extensions, minimize rest over speeding the movement. For the Abmat sit-ups (substitute a rolled-up towel if needed), feet unanchored with soles together.

      Modifyed this so I wouldn't fry my back, since I did deadlifts earlier that day.
      Rx'd 1st round, 2-3:

      40 second hold (for all 3 rounds)
      20 reps - gm bar
      40 - situps
      20 reps - bx...no weight

            So I decided to go ahead and do this...modified.

            Horrible workout! Time: 19:55 Probably would have taken me an hour to do the whole thing.

                    Total wall with that 205. I don't know why, it may as well have been 300. I felt light headed so I just dropped the weight back down to 185.

                    On a positive note. I was able to string together 20 double unders. So there was still a PR. Hopefully my 800's will be better tonight.

                    Almost forgot...on day 2 of burpee challenge. Maybe those 2 burpees wiped out my deadlift?

                                Complete as many rounds in 12 minutes as you can of:
                                185 pound Front squat, 5 reps
                                10 Chest to bar Pull-ups
                                20 Double-unders

                                Weight: 120; double unders rocked!!

                                Rounds 4 + 5 f-squats + 8 pull ups

                                Had to rack the weight on my 4th and 5th round after 3. Tough on the wrists, double unders were pretty good. I was able to string between 10-18 so that was the fastest part. Never thought I'd say that.
