      Weighted strict pull ups max rep
      50 yard sprints

      4-3-4-3-3-3-3 (not weighted)

      Rest as long as needed. One of the guys is getting ready for his pt testing and we've been doing sprints and weighted pull ups so this workout was perfect. We had a lot of fun with this one.

        Time: 17:06 (4 seconds slower then last time) but only because my feet got tangled up in the rope and I almost fell. How does someone hog tie themselves? :shrug:

        • Since I want to add in some strength work, today I started the 5/3/1.

          Deadlifts

          5@205

          I took videos of it too so I'll add them in tonight if I have time. Tonight will be stretching....although I noticed tire flips at my gym tonight....maybe I'll throw in a few of those too.

                10 Supine Ring Pull Ups


                I dub this wod..."the wrist killer". So my back is a little sore from deadlifts yesterday so I went with the Crossfit Football's wod. I've been wanting to work on my handstands anyways. But my phone's network wasn't working so I didn't exactly do this the right. I ended up doing 7 Supine Ring Pull ups because I couldn't remember how many and I think because of the 7 rounds that's what stuck in my head. I tried to do Supine pull ups but they were more like rows so I started from a seated position instead and pulled myself into the transition position. Those were surprisingly hard. My holds lasted about 20 seconds at best.

                      Time: 16:22 (2:34 min PR; last time was 18:56)
                      Back started to tighten up on me during the 2nd round again. I had the same problem the last time I did this wod as well.

                          CrossFit Football
                          Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes:

                          5 Pull Ups
                          10 Push Ups
                          15 Double Unders

                          Got 6 rounds plus 5 pull ups. Did all 5 pull ups each time without breaking them up. Push ups I had to break up a bit...5, 3, 2. Double unders were all strung together with one jump single in between each. I haven't been able to do that in so long. It felt good. epper:epper:
