Oh man... its no good without the sauce though!!!! It comes with bacon too....

I think I'll just go for it since I'm not eating any eggs today.. something like this

1: oatmeal in skim milk w whey protein, 1/2 banana
2: 1 wheat toast w 2 tbl spoon pb, 1 cup cottage cheese
3: Quiznos, med on wheat bread
    4: protein shake
5: post work out: .5 lb salmon w green beans + tomato

That should still keep me under 1850 cal and AROUND my usual carbs etc.

or you know what you could do. ask for half the cheese, bacon and sauce. That way you are still getting the taste, but it's not as much calories.

Exactly. "Cheat" meals aren't bad unless you pack too many together each day. However, if you indulge in one, just get back on track next meal.

Pu, you're still an ass in my book though.

I swear by citrulline malate for reducing doms. I take 6 g a day, split into 2 doses, and mix it in 5 cal a glass iced tea (crystal light).

Good to hear. A little cardio/run should help alleviate the soreness a bit. Keep us updated!

I had to go to the store but wanted to log yesterdays work out...

                            Arms/Shoulders/Traps:

                            Push ups (knees): 3 x 10
                            Barbell Shrug 60 lb: 3 x 12, 2 x exhaustion (under 20)
Push up (knees): 1 x exhaustion
                            Standing dumbbell upright row: 4 x 12 @ 12 #
                            Upright resistance strap row: 3 X 12
                            Resistance strap curls: 3 x 12
                            Barbell curls 40 lb: 3 x 6, 1 x exaustion (about 8)
                            Machine Bicep curls 40 lb: 1 x 6
                            Bench dips: 2 x 16, 1 x exhaustion
                            Bent over 1 arm db curl: 3 x 12 @ 12 #

45 min on the bike between level 3 and 6.

                            -------

And then last night came the soreness that kept me up all night.
Im about to order another bottle of hot rox and see whats out there for DOMS? I dont want it to interferre with my training.

I would do cardio today, I would be in the gym right now, if I wasn't afraid that I'm not resting my legs enough based on his soreness now. Sucks My calves however: not sore at all. They're getting stronger

That sounds avoidable to me, what are you doing (amounts) for your postworkout shake, and how soon is your postworkout meal ?

EDIT: No stamina + Hate Cardio + Extreme Soreness.... I'd consider CARNITINE ASAP. (any unusual muscle weakness or ongoing trouble with concentration / focus ?)

I used to be the QUEEN of bad doms.. eventually I started adding in 0.5 cups oats PWO (in addition to a whey + milk shake), and that helped a TON. My current program is high frequency low volume, so the DOMS is not so bad. But citrulline malate does help as well (pricey though). Also, getting enough vitamins and minerals helps. Are you on a multivitamin?
