I wasn't really feeling into it today. I didn't want to work out, I didn't want to push myself. I'm really tired and I felt lazy. I hope this will pass. I think I'm just stressed a little over wedding stuff and such.
wake(5:30): 2 RA Capsules
Breakfast(6am): whey shake with milk and 4 oz cold coffee
Snack(9am): 1 oz almonds
Lunch(11:30am): burger and salad
Snack(2pm): 1/2 oz almonds, 1 can tuna
Snack(5:30pm): whey shake with water & 4oz cold coffee
Supper(8:30pm): spinach salad with chicken

I don't know how accurate my macros are because we went out for supper and I tried to find my meal online, but who knows if it's right. I didn't get to work out today, had to do running around after work and work on wedding stuff that HAD to be done. Will try for Friday.

Diet
I didn't count yesterday. It was a high carb day and a cheat meal. We had a bbq so I just ate reasonable and had some treats, but watched my portions.
